OCRECOM’s OU8S3414 100G QSFP28 ER4 transceiver module is designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet links 40Km over single mode fiber. OCRECOM’s OU8S3418 100G QSFP28 ZR4 transceiver module is designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet links 80Km over single mode fiber. They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm/a 100GBASE-SR4, CWDM4 MSA and 100GBASE-LR4, 100GBASE-ER4, 100GBASE-ZR4. Digital diagnostics functions are available via an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA.
see detailsThe 100G QSFP+ SR4 Bi-Di transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting dual data rate of 40Gbps and 100m transmission distance with MMF: 100m on OM3 Multimode Fiber (MMF) and 150m on OM4 MMF. 100G with 70m on OM3 Multimode Fiber (MMF) and 100m on OM4 MMF. It integrates four electrical data lanes in each direction into transmission over a single LC duplex fiber optic cable. Each electrical lane operates at 28 Gbps and conforms to the 100GE interface. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with 1000GBASE-SR4 of IEEE802.3ba standard and SFF-8436 specification.
The transceiver internally multiplexes an XLPPI 4x28G interface into two 50Gb/selectrical channels, transmitting and receiving each optically over one simplex LC fiber using bi-directional optics. This results in an aggregate bandwidth of 100Gbps into a duplex LC cable. This allows reuse of the installed LC duplex cabling infrastructure for 100GbE application. Link distances up to 70 m using OM3 and 100m using OM4 optical fiber are supported. These modules are de- signed to operate over multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm on one end and 900nm on the other end. The electrical interface uses a 38 contact QSFP type edge connector. The optical interface uses a conventional LC duplex connector.
100G QSFP28 Direct Attach Copper Cable Assemblies are high speed, cost effective alternatives to fiber optics in Ethernet, Fiber channel and Infiniband technology applications. 100G QSFP+ active optical cable Assemblies are high high performance, low power consumption, long reach interconnect solution supporting 100G Ethernet ,or InfiniBand QDR/DDR/SDR, 12.5G/10G/8G/4G/2G fiber channel ,PCIe and SAS. It is compliant with the QSFP MSA and IEEE P802.3ba.OCRECOM’s QSFP28 AOC is an assembly of 4 full-duplex lanes, where each lane is capable of transmitting data at rates up to 25.78125Gb/s, providing an aggregated rate of 104Gb/s.
